Account Assistant Financial Officer
Responsibilities
Managing ledgers that relate to all suppliers both foreign and local
Generating accurate information and analysis of all supplier as regards payment and suppliers invoicing.
Ensuring regular reconciliation of supplier
Assuming full responsibility for the supplier payment process
Managing all payable related activities
Requirements
Minimum of 2 – 3 years working experience in a Finance function
Possession of a recognized professional accounting qualification
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to acquire sufficient technical knowledge to understand the company’s business
Basic understanding of operations in an accounting department
Must have used Peachtree accounting software for at least one year
