Description

Maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and prevention maintenance programs. Maintain effective Energy Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance programs. Responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of the department staff.
