Job description
· Review, develop and maintain the Client Project reporting procedure

· Ensure all reporting for the Client Project is undertaken, including:

o Establishing and maintaining a calendar of all reporting required.

o Preparation of Project Weekly Reports, based on inputs obtained from Package Managers and Discipline Heads.

o Preparation of Summary Monthly Report to Client MD, based on the weekly reports for the reporting month.

o Preparation of Project Monthly Report (two versions – one internal and one to Partners) based on inputs obtained from Package Managers and Discipline Heads.

o Preparation of six-monthly report for Client based on the reporting period’s monthly and weekly reports.

o Assistance to Client Project Control Manager in preparing the bi-annual ‘Fiche Report’.

o Undertaking of other reporting as directed by the Project Control Manager and Project General Manager.

o Obtaining necessary internal approvals for the release of any reporting.

o Issuance of reports as directed by the Project Control Manager and Project General Manager.

· Preparation and issuance of Minutes of Meeting for the Client Project weekly meeting and other meetings as directed by the Project Control Manager and Project General Manager.

· Coordination and preparation of presentations to Partners and Authorities as requested by the Project Control Manager and Project General Manager.

· Liaising with all relevant Client Project staff to ensure information for all reporting requirements is obtained in a timely manner.

· Liaising with Client Project staff responsible for Venture Management and the relationship with NAPIMS and NCDMB ensure relevant external reporting is issued in a timely manner and as directed by the Project Control Manager and Project General Manager.

· Maintaining an archive of all reports issued and documentation created.

· Assistance in the development of and execution of a communication program for the Client Project.
Job requirements
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry within a client organisation. Experience in reporting and communications in a Project environment. Good team spirit and open communication skills. Well organised, diligent and proactive. Able to work with people at all levels across the project hierarchy.
