Job Description
Broadly speaking, support the New Business team in executing the aggressive sales growth strategy of our products / services on offer.
Take full ownership of sales and sales management activities on focus products / segments accross all our locations
Ownership of sales budget by VS/ location
Develop teams into a very effective sales force delivering superior values in a cost efficient manner
Be responsible for managing stakeholder relationship, both internal and external
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage sales activities across our locations
Assignment of KPIs to Sales leaders and sales reps
Ownership of sales budget by VS/ location
Hands on approach to performance management
Meet the training and coaching needs Sales leaders and sales reps
Compliance and governance responsibility
Sales issues resolutions - elimination of sales irritants
Conflict management
Motivation, creation of sales excitements within and amongst teams
Effective management sales quality issues.
Qualifications & Skills
University degree. 2.2 minimum
Proven record of sales and sales management experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant personality
Have qualities of a bridge builder, teacher and leader
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
