Position Description
Purpose of the Job
Contribute to the implementation of the strategy for the Financial Advisory Unit, in line with the broader strategy of the Corporate Finance Department and the Bank
Main Responsibilities
Originate financial advisory mandates
Contribute to the realization of the revenue and profitability budget for the financial advisory unit
Managing relationships with clients
Work closely with other advisory teams across the Standard Bank Group to identify cross border advisory opportunities
Execution financial advisory mandates to high quality standard and exceeding client expectations
Establish credibility with clients and prospects
Contribute to the development and training of members of the financial advisory team
Cross-sell the banks products and services
