Job description
Engineering with great expertise in lifting, cranes and marine equipment standards, to follow up maintenance and overhaul activities, develop and implement procedures, spare part analysis, SAP analysis, spare parts reception and overhaul jobs supervision.
1 – Supervision until completion of 5-years major overhauls in all JV Offshore cranes (based on Sparrow and CPLO reports).
2 - For all cranes
Review/Produce Maintenance Plan as per Vendor recommendations
Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters
Ensure equipments are certified by third parties.
3 - For all Winches (Food, Turbines, boat, etc)
Review/Produce actual Maintenance Plan
Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters
Ensure equipments are certified by third parties.
4 - For all Work boat, Survival Craft, Lifeboat, life rafts, davits.
Review/Produce actual Maintenance Plan
Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters.
Ensure equipments are certified by third parties.
To assist sites with routine troubleshooting, local emergency procurements.
To assist Procurement Department with clarifications.
Job requirements
Compulsory :
- good english communication skills (fluent speaker)
- use of excel, and windows environment.
- use of SAP.
- Method experience.
- Leadership.
