Job Description:
•Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
•Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers
•Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
•Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
•Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.


•Formulates and maintains quality control objectives complementary to MTNN corporate policies and goals.
•Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures.
•Interprets quality control philosophy to key personnel in organization.
•Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within NWG.
•Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.
•Ensuring compliance with national and international standards;
•Defining procedures and processes in conjunction with operating staff;
•Collating and analyzing performance data against defined parameters;
•Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary;
•Producing technical reports on quality/network performance as well as performance on all VAS platforms;
•Ensuring proper monitoring of performance through data gathering and producing statistical reports;
•Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Job Conditions: Office space. Computer system. International and National travel. General MTNN working conditions.
Reporting To: Chief Technical Officer
Required Skills:
•At least 12 years work experience.
•Five (5) years experience in quality systems and processes in the telecommunication sector
•Experience in the GSM industry is desirable

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in a field of Engineering, preferably electrical/electronics. Masters degree in a relevant discipline is preferable
