Job Description:
•Work with MTNN Enterprise Solutions to identify the Division’s research needs and ultimately conduct market research to provide actionable information to drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
•Conduct market and customer analysis review on MTNN Enterprise Solutions’ products via primary and secondary data information sources.
•Identify segment(s)/develop key analysis to support decision making about where MTNN Enterprise Solutions’ products and services should be positioned in terms of quality and price.
•Provide key information on the market drivers within the existing/emerging market segments and leading products/services within MTNN Enterprise Solutions vertical market.
•Provide telecom weekly news reporting on Nigerian Enterprise Market with perspective and actionable intelligence on recent events and announcements.
•Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of MTNN Enterprise Solution and provide performance data to support management decision-making.
•Provide information on key industry trends/issues and offer current analysis as to what the impact of the trends/issues will be on MTNN Enterprise. These will include telecommunication industry, fixed-line, mobile subscribers, Internet subscribers, and broadband subscribers.
•Provide information on current/potential outlook of various emerging technologies such as 3G and Wimax etc.
•Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Required Skills:
•At least 4 years experience, including:
•2 years hands on market research experience
•2 years experience in Business to Business (B2B) and/or Business to Customer (B2C )market
•Up-to-date skills in research techniques/methodologies
•Strong talent in conducting End to End (E2E) research, drawing conclusion and reporting performance
•Experience of the Nigerian telecom market will be an added advantage

B.Sc in Economics or any other related discipline.
