Job description
From an HSE perspective :
− Participates to project HAZOP, SPOT, PTR, reviews and audits
− Ensures that the Contractors commissioning execution plan is respecting the Project Safety Plan
Pre-contract award:
− Acts as prime contact for Commissioning and participates in Project committees
− Co-ordinates the preparation of commissioning activities with other project entities/existing facilities
− Assists the package managers on the definition of the commissioning parts of the different contracts
− Develops a strategy in order to maximize onshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces, along with a commissioning sequence
− Manages the preparation of pre-commissioning / commissioning procedures and reporting tools (including technical database, planning, punch list control).
− Defines facilities handover procedures to the operations team
Post-contract award (onshore)
− Assist the FPSO commissioning leader
− Prepare and supervise the execution of commissioning to maximize productivity, respect the schedule, minimize cost and achieve smooth hand over.
− Supervise and monitor the preparation and the realization of the testing activities by the Contractor(s)
− Ensure that the pre-commissioning schedule is implemented in line with commissioning planning and priorities
− Check progress and ensure correct reporting of the commissioning activities
− Follow up punch list register
− Ensure that preservation is performed as per the procedures before FPSO sail-away

Job requirements
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Training : Chemical engineer or petroleum engineering or generalist
- Professional experiences : 10 years in production operations and commissioning activities with at least 5 years in commissioning activities. Previous experience in subsea production system is a plus. Knowledge of OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS software.
- Supervisory experiences and ability to manage the works of muti engineering teams simultaneously.
