Requirements
Under broad direction provides resolution to a diverse scope and rangeof complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requireshaving a broad knowledge of the product line(s)) tool(s)) and/orservice. Work is evaluated upon completion by a Field Supervisor (whereappropriate), local Operations Management and the external Customer toensure objectives have been met. Acts as a project leader and mentorsjunior field engineers. Provides direct instruction and supervision tojunior Field Engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.Provides advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate. Executes other related duties asassigned. Conducts all business activities in accordance with BakerHughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes CoreValues.Highly skilled in multiple applications. Able to identify the properproduct and service for simple to complex applications. Ability to workand communicate well with internal and external customers.University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science required. 3 + yearsexperience. Completion of the Final Step (Step III) of the LEAD FieldEngineer Program and all local training and development programs.
