Leap29 have recently been commissioned to source an A-Class Construction manager / senior superintendant for an Offshore Contractor to work in West Africa. The company are an emerging, fast growing operation with ambitious plans and expansion strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities 
• Execution of construction and fabrication activities in order to complete the contract to the desired standard, ensuring quality, safety, health, environment and security issues are all met. 
• Promoting, and ensuring adherence to the companies CMS.
• Motivation and performance of the construction crew. 
• Report progress on offshore projects Via regular progress reports 
• Regular communication between barge master about the marine, and construction activities 
• Representing the company in a client capacity
• Identify and report areas of concern to the manager of operations

Onshore function, managing the execution of the projects and directing superintendants
Background of Candidate & Skills required
Excellent command of the English Language 
Pipe lay and Platform Installation Experience 
Background working offshore, preferable as a superintendant 
BSc – Related discipline 
Relevant offshore training 
International Experience

Remuneration: 120000 - 140000 UK Pounds/year
