Our client
Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international Coordination and Logistics service provider for moving goods. The company is looking to recruit a Relocation Consultant for its Nigerian activities.

Job description
The candidate will assist customers in relocation projects and the growth of local business through sales and marketing activities.
He / She will also be involved in:
Multi-task management
Suppliers management
Project management & reporting.
The Relocation Consultant is a managerial position, and will report to the Project Manager(ER Africa) and Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage all customers’ requests
Ensure that suppliers/partners are meeting their commitments
Assist clients in accommodation and housing search, settling in and at departure.
Assist clients with all necessary steps for working abroad, compliance with the local legislation of the customer (management of immigration visa, quota support..)
Search for Schools
Update information on regular basis using IT tools
Set up a local sales activity plan up and maintain price policy
Develop and growth local business as per the business plan
Launch new services as per required by local customers
Ensure permanent quality control
Select, screen and identified local suppliers
Agree and sign partnership agreements
Ensure that all Suppliers invoices are processed, reconciled and handed in for payment
Implement new ideas to improve on service delivery
Generating Sales & Activity reports as well as project costing

Qualifications et experience
Bachelors’ degree in French or English (or any other European Language).
Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in service industry
Good knowledge of immigration process
Experience within a Real Estate services Company will be a plus
Must be able to manage work flow and planning
Experienced in dealing with a variety of customers, (external and internal)
Must have experience in dealing with suppliers
Must be experienced of working in an international environment
Must have good communication skills, a good eye for details, be assertive, flexible and results orientated
Must be computer literate
Must be experienced in report writing, ability to multi-task.
