Job description
Operation activities :
- Site co-ordination of maintenance planning prepared by GMC and Production department.
- Follow maintenance activities in accordance with established planning (reporting, backlog …).
- Co-ordinate maintenance site activities from external contractor (out from GMC scope).
- Detect and correct any recurrent deficiencies.
- Participate to daily and weekly site co-ordination meeting.
Method responsibilities:
- Propose and supervise corrective and modification maintenance works.
- Participate in the causes analysis of unwanted down rated or shutdown production.
- Implementation of site maintenance procedure (black start, DCS recovery…).
- Insures the well training of the GMC personnel relative to HSE and TFE rules.
Audit and Quality assurance responsibilities:
- QA & QC on the major maintenance operations, audit on time to time basis.
- Quality control of site reporting and CMMS up-dating.
- Assess contractor performance and propose corrective action (specific training, …).

Job requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Formal education: B.SC. Mechanical Engineering (2.1).
Professional experience (number of years) : 15 years experience with the oil or petrochemical, electrical certification (Ho-Bo), English level > 3, Process knowledge of oil and gas treatment plant.
He should demonstrate a good responsibility sense, Method and anticipation view, relationship competence and solving problem skill. To be fit for offshore works.
