Job description
b) Specific Activities:
1. To review CONTRACTOR Project execution plans, project quality plans, quality control plans,
audit schedules and key project management procedures, ensuring that they are logical,
process-focussed, and systematic and that they fulfill contract requirement.
2. To attend management meetings to monitor CONTRACTOR’s quality activities, including development and implementation of CONTRACTOR’s quality audit schedules.
3. To prepare the project work package team’s own contractor surveillance plans.
4. To develop the Project work package team’s own internal systems for workflow and document control.
5. To review key CONTRACTOR engineering procedures to ensure logical process flow, design planning, design verification, quality control of document structure and format, and logical interface with procurement and construction;
6. To monitor the procurement process, ensuring that the CONTRACTOR has adequately assessed flow and implemented the quality assurance and quality control requirements for suppliers and subcontractors.
7. To ensure that the CONTRACTOR develops and establishes, implements suitable corrective action programmes when deficiencies or non conformances arise in vendor or subcontractor performances.
8. To review key CONTRACTOR construction management procedures to ensure logical process flow and logical interface with engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.
9. To ensure that the CONTRACTOR develops, establishes, and implements suitable corrective action programmes when non conformances arise during construction.
10. To assist finance & budget Leader in elaborating the annual project budget.

Job requirements
The execution of the SERVICE requires experienced specialists fluent in English and with a knowledge of French.
