Job description
The SERVICE consists of supervising the execution of works with regard to procedures, quality, HSE,
and cost and schedule optimisation, ensuring that the works are executed to the full satisfaction of Operations. The SERVICE shall ensure that subordinates and contractors are aware of and comply with HSE rules and regulations.
More particularly :
• To pursue the HSE objectives defined by his hierarchical superiors.
• To contribute to elaboration of technical solutions, write scopes of work, handle documentation review, prepare CFTs (calls for tenders) in conformity with COMPANY standards, rules and procedures, objectives, budget and schedule on behalf of the Head of Installation and Sealines.
• To prepare and review loading procedures, sea-fastening, transport, lifting, carry-out and installation of modules, platforms, pipelines, flexibles, cables, umbilicals; to conduct subsea inspection campaigns.
• To supervise naval operations on behalf of the Head of Installation and Sealines.
• To follow up on planning, works and implementation of inspection plans on contractors’ or providers’ premises.
• To supervise pre-commissioning in accordance with COMPANY rules and procedures.
• To assist commissioning teams as required.
• To ensure that contractors work in accordance with COMPANY rules and procedures, with particular attention to health, safety, environment and sustainable development.
• To submit a weekly report to his hierarchical superiors and check daily reports from site during naval operations.

Job requirements
The execution of the SERVICE requires experienced specialists fluent in English and with a knowledge of French.
