Our clientAdexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international industrial company, looking for production supervisors for its activities in Nigeria.
Job description
To ensure smooth running and coordination of all production processes in the factory.
Responsibilities
To ensure that production targets are met.
To ensure effective labour and raw material utilization and management.
To ensure good production and packaging of quality sheets.
To ensure that production processes parameters are monitored.
Coordination of all production activities ib defined production lines.
Qualifications et experience
B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years engineering work experience.
Must posses measurable success in a similar role.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Good leadership skills.
Good knowledge of industrial automation.
Excellent technical skills and competence.
Must be computer literate.
