Reporting to:Head of Operations
Purpose
To promote and sell the Company’s mobile solution to walk in customers, register customers in branch/at corporate offices (Payroll) and provide cash in/cash out services to customers
Accountabilities
1.
Purchase e-money by making a deposit at Sterling Bank (Company’s Pool Account), mobile number as reference. (Ensure that adequate funds are available in Agent M-Cash account to accommodate cash out transactions on a daily basis).
2.
On the ground sales (walk in customers)
3.
In-branch registration of Company’s customers at Company’s desk in the branch while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies
4.
Review and check KYC documents
5.
Card issuing
6.
Cash out
7.
Cash in (assist customer with first deposit)
8.
Proper maintenance of records including 1) account opening; 2) static data maintenance; 3) filing (via electronic system; Know Your Customer (KYC) maintenance
9.
Answer customer queries
Knowledge & Skills, Education & Experience
Education Qualification, Training & Certifications:

Previous Work Experience:
Teller in a bank, customer relations officer, experience in financial services
Experience in an administrative role
Technical Knowledge:
Will be provided through on the job training
IT Literacy
PC Literate
Additional Skills:
An understanding of regulatory requirements with regards to: Money Laundering; Code of Banking Practice; Mobile Payments Regulation; Language (Yoruba; Ibo; Hausa; Pigeon English; English)
