Job Description
 Acquisition and distribution of AO materials
 Management of productivity and attrition gating
 Performance management
 Ownership of sales budget by VS/ location
 Lead generation activities
 Training needs and training of DSRs
 Compliance and governance responsibility
 Coaching of TLs & DSRs
 Complaint management
 Sales issues resolutions
 Conflict management
 Motivation, creating sales excitements
 Ownership of error rates
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Report monthly sales which capture: Details of sales performance, DSR Productivity etc
• Managing DSR productivity and scale for delivery on agreed KPIs
• Ensure that DSR operation are cost effective and efficient to meet the acceptable standard measure
• Have adequate DSRs deployment to achieve sales budget per VC( WM ,SME &UL)
• Enforce proper management, direction and monitoring of direct sales report by ensuring proper coaching, training and assigning measurable targets
• Ensure Nigeria DSR management is policy compliant
• Grow product segment and expanding market opportunity for Affluent/HVS segment
• Monitor, track and train against cases of mis-selling
Qualifications & Skills
• A first degree from a recognised University (Minimum 2:2)
• Over three year sales experience, with at least one year as a Sales Team Leader
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
