General Purpose

Identifies and solves proactively demanding problems and communicates them to key stakeholders. Participates as an expert in own technology area in customer projects. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty. Is active in networking and knowledge sharing. Develops processes, tools and working methods.
Position Description
Leads the Network Planning and Optimization teams in the country and is responsible for overall NPO deliverables in accordance with agreed scope of work and contractual obligations.
Works as a technical expert in the field of planning and optimization and assists the team members in solving complex and complicated technical issues. An industry expert capable of working well under pressure and has good customer handling capabilities.
Works closely with other BU’s and builds a healthy relationship with all through understanding well the business and technical requirements from time to time.
Reports required milestones to the project PM’s and works as a individual and as team to achieve set targets for the country deliverables focusing primarily on Network planning and Optimization.
Does the cost control and ensures the project delivery within stipulated time frames and set cost base lines. Brings efficient delivery and cost savings through innovation, while maintaining high overall NPO gross margins. Works closely with the Sales Teams to explore new opportunities and convert them into deliverables.
