Role Summary/Purpose:
Internal As Portfolio manager in the CSA business, you are responsible for the administration, execution, financial performance
and customer satisfaction for the collection of contracts in your portfolio. You will be responsible for driving the financial
performance of the portfolio to achieve the quarterly and annual operating plans and creating and executing a strategy to drive
growth. As a member of the business leadership team, you will be leading a team of senior project managers.

Essential Responsibilities
You will be measured according to the following performance indicators:
- Financials (Sales, Margin, Past Dues, Inventory & Productivity) vs. the operating plan.
- Quality of planning and execution of outages on all contracts in the portfolio.
- Customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
- Timeliness of execution and communication, internally and externally.
- Exposure to risk on the contract.
You will review and assign resources to support to the initiatives driven within the business; you determine contract requirements
and assign staff accordingly.
Specifically, you analyze long-term resource needs and adjust staffing and resources appropriately.
You ensure that your team operates in compliance with corporate integrity rules & processes in every aspect.
In order to provide career orientation and development plans and inputs to your team, you deliver structured and continuous
feedbacks to the team about their goals, challenges and performance expectations, effectively coaching each member of the
team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
-15+ years relevant experience.
-BS in Engineering.
-Fluency in English.
-Proven negotiation skills.
-Proven ability in developing and implementing strategies to accomplish business goals.
-High-energy, self-motivated, confident leader willing to take on responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
-Multi-year experience (5+) in project management or Operations.
-Strong process, execution and operational skills.
-Ability to delegate & empower others.
-Ability to coach & influence peers.
-Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
-Ability to interact effectively at executive level.

Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
