About us
Brevan oil and gas services are currently looking for a Project Supply Chain Manager to work with our client in Nigeria.
Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 10 years experience in this field.
Our client will provide an all found deal, flights good standard of accomodation, insurances and a TAX FREE salary.
Rotation 70 x 21 project duration 26 months.
Responsibilities:
• Development and successful running of the Supply Chain Function, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance and reporting
• All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and relevant international and domestic law
• Coordinate, transport and expedite all materials and documents to be supplied to the engineering function in accordance with project schedule.
• Take care of timely, complete and accurate delivery and invoicing of the materials
• Initiate and direct QC-inspections and Logistic Warehouse activities including FAT
• Communication and Reporting; Initiate and chair Internal Progress Meeting with the Project Team report material deliveries.
• Attend Production Meeting with Project personnel/client/
• Observe and report risks, deviations, claims and non-conformities
• Where applicable develop project specific procedure based on business best practice to complement the QMS.
• Establish and maintain (new) relations with 3rd parties, eg clients, suppliers, processing- and transport companies
• Ensure materials are stored and preserved in accordance with manufactures specification.
Requirements:
• Degree Qualified
• Knowledge of and experience in Project Management
• Proficiency in MS-office and SAP
• Knowledge of and experience in the area of international freights, transport and documents
• Technical knowledge and understanding of steel norms, materials and quality standards
