Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
To perform, supervise, co-ordinate and control any Projects’ activity related to security and to ensure that they are performed in accordance with the COMPANY Rules, DGEP Guidelines and Client Procedures.
MAIN ACTIVITIES :
Develop and update the various Security Philosophies and Security Technical Specifications necessary for execution of the projects, in accordance with Client’s security standards and ethical codes;
Develop Security Plans and detailed security procedures as required, review Security Plans delivered by Contractors and advise Projects management about their approval;
Be the contact point for any question related to security Scopes of Work, review of any requests for modifications, ensure SOW and design are clear and in line with projects initial SOR;
Ensure consistency of all above project documents with current Client security procedures, working in close cooperation with Client Security Division and Client corporate security;
Define the project security organisation, need of personnel, and liaise with Services Team for recruitment process;
Ensure definition and clarification of security organisation with Client Security Division, the split of responsibilities with EPC Contractors;
Provide on-site security guidance and coordination to EPC Contractors Security Departments;
Management of project security during the project execution phase, with assistance of Security Interface Coordinators responsible for the day to day management of security on site, themselves seconded by Security Forces Supervisors in their liaison with the security forces (MOPOL, Army, etc) dedicated to the project.;
Management of Projects’ material security assets and equipment, assisted by a dedicated Security Coordinator.

Job requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
Consistent skills and background in security, including familiarity with security management in harsh, post-conflict environments;
Experience of working on oil and gas projects;
Experience of security plans and procedures implementation within operations involving multiple stakeholders, partners and contractors;
Management of Personnel, with strong leadership, and team work skills;
Good communication skills, fluent English both spoken and written,
