Our clientAdexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international industrial company, looking for a Production Manager for its activities in Nigeria.
Job description
The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and coordination of all production processes in one of the factories.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all production activities in the factory.
Ensure production of quality sheets and finished products.
Ensure that the company’s prescribed safety rules and procedures are adhered to in the process of carrying out production/maintenance activities.
Supervise the activities of production engineer in the factory.
Qualifications et experience
B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years engineering work experience.
Must posses measurable success in a similar role.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Good leadership skills.
Good knowledge of industrial automation.
Excellent technical skills and competence.
