Job Requirement:
As Work Pack Engineer your main responsibilities will include:
Authoring and compilation of construction workpacks
Production of jobcards
Production of method statements
Production of weight control data sheets
Interfacing with design team and Onshore Construction Team to optimise build sequence and commissioning sequence
Interfacing with Onshore Construction Team to ensure all items required for construction readiness are clearly identified within the workpack
Ensure all aspects of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Scope of Work (SOW) are addressed within the workpack
To provide technical input during design phase, with an emphasis on constructability of the design
Identify increase or reduction in scope, raising the necessary support documentation within the Change Management process
To generate the estimated construction manhours and costs for construction scopes, materials and equipment into Project CTR.s
To interface with QHSE Engineer to ensure all necessary safety content is contained within the workpack
To provide technical, ethical, professional leadership, support and mentoring within the discipline team
To respect colleagues, clients and subcontractors at all levels, dealing with any dispute or conflict in a professional and personable manner
To conduct Offshore Constructability / Commissioning trips and generate reports as required
Any other reasonable duties as specified by Line Manager

Qualifications and experience required:
Experience in an equivalent role
Considerable drilling contractor experience
Extensive Oil & Gas sector experience
Required Skills: Drilling, Production, Controls, Oil and Gas, Engineer
