Job Description
• Primarily responsible Pan Nigeria for recruiting and coordinating learning and development activities using specialised tools provided by SCB Group.
• Developing and working with Sales Managers to implement an array of activities aimed at developing and maintaining a highly engaged and well motivated sales force of over 400 individuals currently but with aggressive growth ambition
• Profiling for talent and strengths based recruitment to ensure best fit of individuals selected for the sales roles with an aim to enhance productivity and manage forced attrition.
• Developing and implementing effective resourcing and marketing strategies for DSR recruitment.
• Responsible for updating and ensuring compliance with the DSR HR/Remuneration Policies in conjunction with the HoNS taking into consideration input from country HR & LC
• Enhancing a sense of belonging within the team by implementing events for recognition and upward migration of outstanding members of the team
• Undertake the full range of day-to-day functions for which a people resourcing professional generally is accountable (e.g. recruitment, training, performance, reward, retention, release).
• Co-operate positively with executive/managerial stakeholders in the design and implementation of resourcing, training and retention processes.
• End to end candidate management for each programme (responding to applications, reviewing/short listing applications, running the interview and selection processes - including organising and facilitating psychometric tests, pre-joining activities, post joining training etc).
• Optimize the use of available tools and techniques in the field of ICT for all aspects of resourcing for new recruits or migrating to from one role type to another up to the Team Leader role.
• Ensure all induction materials (packs and brochures) and processes are compliant with global standards/processes in the most effective and efficient way.
• Execute and deliver development programmes to improve and enhance competency levels of DSRs. This includes facilitating the DSR Curriculum and other DSR development programmes.
• Co-ordinate and administer learning and development activities of DSRs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust attrition/retention strategy to ensure right profile of DSR force in line with Business plans.
• Profiling for talent and strengths based recruitment to ensure best fit of individuals selected for the sales roles with an aim to enhance productivity and manage forced attrition.
• Developing and implementing effective resourcing and marketing strategies for DSR recruitment.
• Responsible for updating and ensuring compliance with the DSR HR/Remuneration Policies in conjunction with the HoNS taking into consideration input from country HR & LC
Qualifications & Skills
• University Graduate preferably with minimum 5 years relevant post graduate work experience.
• Strong analytical skills - able to and enjoys problem solving, and working with data. Ability to see the 'big picture' and operate strategically, whilst simultaneously working on the details.
• Ability to think creatively combined with a real passion for recruitment and development.
• Excellent relationship management skills - experience of building networks and relationships both internally and externally, locally and internationally (with colleagues, institutions, recruitment suppliers etc).
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
