DESCRIPTIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:
For the purpose of this advert, a truck park is define as a facility within or outside the right of way, develop primarily to provide safety and convieniec to commuters along highways. They provide a place for travelers to relax and take a break from highway travels and serve the multiple purpose of providing comfort stations, and in most cases food, beverages and shoping services as well as public place convenience. Other services provided are tourist information Center, clinic, workshop, center, security, fueling service, fire service, etc
CONSULTANTS REQUIRED:
For the purpose of the work, the following consultants are required:
ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Consultants for the above named projects are except to meet the following minimum requirement
Evidence of company’s registration with CAC
Tax clearance for the last three years
Company profile with list of key management staff and other qualification including copies of professional membership of relevant professional institution
Evidence of registration with relevant professional institution
Evidence of registration with PENCOM
Audited company account for the three year
Evidence of having carried out similar work in the past.
