Job description



The job card coordinator and time keeper assists Cpy Rep to prepare the list of all activities to be performed during tow and hook-up. He assists for the preparation of all job cards and follow-up the completion of activities during tow and hook-up. He keep the record of hours spent split per HU, Onshore uncompleted work (carry over work or COW), punch list, commissioning .
ACTIVITIES
1.He prepares, follows and updates the job cards (or other documents related to preparation and scheduling of work like work orders, punch clear,..) by discipline, by system, sub system, by area.
2.He monitors the job cards prepared by CONTRACTOR, reviews and comments on the job cards or planned activities. He ensures that the job cards are compiled into a database for easy tracking. He ensures the link between HU job cards and Icaps system where relevant.
3.He tracks the man-hours spend for carry-over work, for punch clearance separately from reimbursable man-hours ( Hook-up ) .
4.He attends to daily Construction meeting. He provides assistance and co-operation to Area Engineer to organize the day to day activities by area, and their follow-up as well .He highlights any problem and proposes corrective actions.
