Job description
Service dimensions
•To assist the ECP Manager in the organization, management and control of the ECP Department
•To perform, supervise, co-ordinate and control all necessary Project Services activities and to ensure that they are performed in accordance with the COMPANY Rules, Guidelines and Procedures using best work practices.
Activities
•To assist in the definition, establishment and organization of the ECP Department
•Using the COMPANY Rules, DGEP/TDO/PJC Guidelines, Procedures and best work practices establish a set of Project specific procedures to cover the co-ordination and control of Project Control activities
•To control the preparation and review of the initial ECP Department budget and of its successive revisions and to oversee the constant monitoring of Project costs to record current status
•To co-ordinate the planning and progress control activities associated with the establishment and management of the overall ECP Department Schedule and individual contract Work Time Schedules
•To monitor and control ECP Department contract activities comprising identification of prospective Tenderers, Call for Tender preparation, tender evaluation and award and all post award contract administration through to contract close-out
•To control the internal and external reporting of the ECP Department to ensure appropriate content and quality of information and to liaise
•To provide the necessary human resources functions for and co-ordinate the activities of the ECP Department Team by informing, supporting and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities and objectives
•Development and implementation, of the suitable document control system to allow transfer, circulation, review, comments and archiving of all key project documents

•Service Location based in Lagos with periodic site visits offshore.

Accountabilities
•Contribute to optimisation of Oil & Gas production (offshore)
•Maintain reliable and updated Project Control Information (Budget, Planning, QA/QC Record, etc..)
Job requirements
Qualification :Degree in construction and / or management related subject
Professional Experience (number of years) : 20
Experience of contract, cost and planning administration/control (number of years) :15
Team work, Technical rigor, Communication, organization
